First... any "Press" or "Pres" is short for Presbyterian which is one of the old time classic drinks... it is made with a liquor + half club soda/half ginger ale... originally using whiskey or bourbon or brandy as the liquor bit also vodka, gin, etc...
... since Absolut is the only maker of "Mandarin" orange flavored vodka(though there are many other orange flavored vodkas) then that is what's used in your question.
