Is uv blue made by absolut vodka?

i need to know fast please. so you kind people out there on internet land please let me know.|||I know how to make it YEAH!! and no not made from Absoulut|||not sure who makes it. but if that's the uv vodka raspberry flavored one mix it with lemonade fill it with ice and put it in the blender.Taste just like a blue snow cone|||It is by Phillips Distilling.
